and I don't exactly know how to do deal.

You know those relationship statuses (stati?) things that pop up on every single survey possible? I put "single". Not" loving it type" of single, more like "I don't exactly know how to feel and nothing's exactly "complicated" but it still has that stigma to it" single.

A type of single that sucks.

Maybe I should watch Closer, remind myself that whatever I have going on and that the "single and sucking at it" mentality is much preferred over anything to do with life.

Complications that won't ever arise.

Needless to think, needless to say.

Ok, so maybe I wasn't directly involved in the whole calling 911 deal BUT it was still funny to observe anyway.

So, last Saturday I headed over to Lucia's house for some "stat-studying" (i know right? Wtf?!Studying on a saturday night? No life issit???) Anyway, as we were drooling over the past valedictorians in the yearbook, little kids kept running around, engaged in a sort of "Boy vs Girl" fiasco when all of a sudden, we see Lucia's dad running around the house with 5 of his home phones in his arms.

heh?

And he kept yelling out loud in Chinese "Get the phones away! Somebody called 911!"

heh?

And obviously we just laughed it off and I made the bold statement "Psh, somebody's going to be here in 10 minutes"

10 minutes later

*knock on the door*
911 emergency, open the door.

oh fuck.

Of course we did what every other normal teenager would do when a cop pops up at your doorstep to bust a pot smoking session/party, we freaked out.

What if the valedictorian's father goes to jail? Dahla we already had like a pedophile who fronted like the neighbourhood dad get sent to jail last year, now the valedictorian's father? People might think there's something wrong with our stupid suburb =_="

Nothing eventually happened, (phew) - the family pleaded in some sort of broken english which I guess helped the whole "oh I don't comprehend enough English for you to tell me what I did wrong, therefore you should let me go" argument.

So there you go.
Lesson of the day: If you ever get into some sort of trouble, always feign broken english with an accent to get out of it.
